(They/Them/Their)

Hello and welcome! I am honored you want to learn more.

Ever feel like your life is one big whack-a-mole game? Things are going good in one area and then two or three more “moles” come popping up and it feels like an endless game of catch up. Ever feel exhausted trying to constantly quiet the chatter in your head, or like you’re treading water as your emotions threaten to consume you? Ever find yourself worrying about just how long the joyful calm will last, or maybe joy and calm is a foreign concept because chaos feels so familiar? Ever feel so disconnected and alone, but making efforts to connect feels impossible?

We can embark on this healing journey together!

I am going to take some time to tell you a little bit about myself so you can determine if we will be a good match, because feeling safe and sharing a trusting connection with your therapist is important in fostering growth and healing.

First and foremost, I believe the professional relationship we form together is the building block for the connection that is needed to change, grow, and evolve. My role as a therapist is to set up a brave and affirming space for you to tell your story and for you to explore ways to unlock your hidden gems.

I am a sex positive, late diagnosed ADHDer and self-identified Autistic therapist with lived experience in the kink/BDSM, non-monogamous, queer, ace/aro, and trans communities. This makes me acutely aware and up-to-date on the challenges of intersecting identities, and allows me to take a personalized, trauma-informed, approach to therapy.

I operate from an anti-oppression, decolonization, and social justice framework. The foundation of my counseling style is rooted in the belief that you have the inner wisdom to transform your life. My approach is direct, compassion focused, and affirming. I utilize DBT, IFS, Brainspotting, EMDR, and somatic practices to guide you to access the information you need.

Although my focus is working with marginalized communities, I do work with other folx as well. I have experience working with people diagnosed with C-PTSD, anxiety related disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, addiction, ADHD, and Autism (formally diagnosed or self-identified).
